In order to safeguard against the potential for fraud and abuse in e-prescription processes, it is imperative that we verify the identity of authorized users. This authentication process ensures that all prescriptions are made by authorized individuals and reduces the risk of unauthorized prescription practices.

Below is the simple 3-step process you’ll need to complete to access IMS’s eRx features:


1. Our team will personally reach out to you via email to initiate the authentication procedure.


2. We will ask you to send a picture of any valid government photo ID (e.g., passport, driver's license, etc.) of any prescribing provider in your practice. This is a one-time process and won’t be necessary for enrolling additional providers in the future.


3. After we authenticate your information, we will register your account and set up your eRx module.
