Meditab provides extensive resources to support you from pre-implementation planning to post go-live technical support. Our standard support includes the following:
Toll-free telephone support – Communicate directly with the Meditab Client Support Team at either (866) 994-6367, (510) 632-8021, or (215)687-4633
Online through Meditab’s Live Agent – Simply click a link in the software’s help menu and select from Meditab's online live agents. Enter your name and required information and thereafter you will be contacted by a one of Meditab’s online client support agents, requesting permission to allow the sharing of your screen. Once approved, wait a few seconds and an agent will assist you.
 
In addition to expert client support, Meditab’s Enhancement program provides a valuable service and has been key in assisting clients in maximizing their return on investment. Through this program, all enhancements to the Meditab Software are included, protecting the client investments, and maintaining step with new technologies developed. Meditab has a track record of providing frequent and high quality enhancements to clients without additional license fees.
 
Furthermore, Meditab schedules post-installation client visits that provide a beneficial forum and opportunity for both our clients and our company to; meet face to face to review the installation, make changes to increase the efficiency of our software within a client’s environment, or review additional features in the system that thus far have not been utilized.
