To connect with Meditab Live Support please follow the instructions below:

  1. Click here to launch the Support window.
  2. In the new window, please enter your name and required information so we can identify you and assist you better.
  3. Choose an agent from the drop-down list and click on the same "Click Here" button. If there are no agents you may press F5 to refresh with window to show you the latest agents waiting to help you.

  4. You will be asked to download a client from Citrix. Please allow the download.
  5. You will be asked for permission to allow the sharing of your screen. Please allow it.
  6. Wait a few seconds and an agent will assist you.

IMS is developed and supported by “Meditabians” (Meditab employees) only, and is available 24/7 except from Saturday 12 PM PST to Sunday 5 PM PST. Our support infrastructure combines Live Agent (voice & web); IMS University, an extensive Computer Based Training (CBT) library; and IMS Monitor, our proprietary system monitoring technology.


Live Agent (Phone):
Our phone agents are available to our users around the clock to assist with any and every software related issues.
Live Agent (Web):
Web agents are easily accessible from within IMS or from you’re your favorite web browser. Agents will access the program, resolve issues, and get you back to your day.
CBT Library (IMS University):
Meditab’s extensive Computer Based Training library consist of audio, video, and print material for quick referencing and self training.
IMS Monitor:
Continuous monitoring of IMS allows for our support team to identify and resolve potential problems prior to them becoming issues for our users.
