- Train the client on using templates.
- Templates are extensively linked to diagnoses, prescriptions, care plans, and others.
- Maintain a library of specialty templates, care plans, healthcare maintenance, labs, drug templates and immunizations.
- Post-installation customization of templates as directed by the client.
- Maintain a video training library for various clinical aspects of IMS.
