HOW TO CONNECT WITH LIVE AGENT ?

Step 1. After clicking on "Click Here" Yellow button you redirect to the mail page http://www.gotoassist.com/ph/meditab "Live Remote Assistance"

Step 2. Please insert your Name, Reason and product name.( Required information for Identification )

After that Please select 'Agent' from drop-down list ( click on the "Click Here" button. If there are no agents you may press F5 to refresh with window to show you the latest agents waiting to help you.)

Step 3. Security alert is there.press 'ok' button.

Step 4. 'Contacting your representative', this screen will be appear.

Step 5. if popup is Blocked than press 'CRL' and hold it.

Step 6. Download that Chatlink.exe from 'Click here to download chatlink.exe'

Step 7. After that Save into your pc.

Step 8. Security message press 'YES'

Step 9. After that 'Start Screen Sharing - Gotoassist' popup appear please, press 'OK'.

Step 10 Your Representative has Arrived :)
